Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of AMC's period drama series Mad Men (2007-2015). Her performance received praise from the critics in the series and received nominations for six Emmy Awards in the category of the best supporting actress. Over the course of her professional career, she gained recognition for her part in the comedy and drama Another Period, a crime drama called Tin Star. In the film industry, for her performance that she's been recognized by critics for Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers: prey of the night Egg and American Woman. Also, she voiced the voices of characters from films like Toy Story 4 Scoob!, Toy Story 4: Up on the Hill as well as From Up on Poppy Hill. Prior to that, she started her career as a model. She continued with it for several years before her first appearance on TV with the anthology show Undressed at the end of 1999. The first time she acted was in the character on the show in Beggars and Choosers. Her role in Firefly which is a classic film that was also highly acclaimed by critics and audiences alike, followed. Esquire magazine awarded her with the title of sexiest and best-looking American woman for 2010 in their annual survey.
